Frankie's C-Store - Judson Road

Johnson & Pace designed Frankie’s C-Store in Longview for East Texas Fuels, a 5,800 square foot convenience store with drive-thru, a six-dispenser fuel station, and a parking lot. Our team provided architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, including site drainage and utilities for the new facility.

Fourth Street Retail Center - Longview

Johnson & Pace designed the Fourth Street Retail Center, a 6,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building shell on North Fourth Street in Longview, with provisions for up to four future tenant spaces. Our team provided survey, civil, architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing design, enhanced street-facing facades, and a marketing rendering. We also handled City of Longview permitting and construction administration.


