Delcine manages the day to day functions of our firm in order to create a positive and productive environment. A graduate of the University of TX at Tyler with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, she uses her experience and knowledge to make the necessary daily decisions, whether it be financial or general, to assist in the continued growth of our firm.
Wade oversees and directs our company’s engineering departments and liaisons with our clients to ensure a positive experience. His extensive portfolio of successfully managed projects, both residential (housing subdivisions, apartment complexes, and manufactured housing) and commercial (shopping centers and large retail facilities) comes from over 15 years of hands-on engineering and design expertise. Wade graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Professional Engineer.
Joe joined Johnson & Pace in January 1998. During this time, he has gained licensure as a Professional Engineer in 21 states across the country, has earned LEED AP accreditation and is a Certified Floodplain Manager. He has a broad civil engineering background where he has gained experience in large commercial and industrial sites, retail development, schools, streets, drainage, and utility infrastructure, as well as, navigating the regulatory processes for permitting the projects. Joe has extensive knowledge and experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and floodplain delineations. Joe earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
In addition to teaching university-level engineering-related courses for several years, Rich has done facility design on a global level, including many third-world countries. Experience working with limited resources has given Rich a unique perspective that benefits JPI clients today. A multi-state licensed Professional Engineer and designated Structural Engineer, Rich has also earned LEED AP accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
Doug provides a wealth of experience in every aspect and at every level of architectural services. He is a registered architect with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 14 states (including Texas) and has the skill sets that include facility master planning, building programming and design, project management, and construction phase monitoring. He also offers expertise in Energy and Environmental Design as a LEED Green Associate. Doug earned his BEd in Environmental Design and MS Degree in Architecture at Texas A&M University.
Working in surveying since 1978, Troy was with Pace Surveying prior to its merger with Johnson & Pace in 1995. Today, he serves as Manager of JPI’s Land Survey Department, supervising company field crews and leading the team’s Professional Land Surveyors and Survey Technicians. Troy’s surveying expertise includes boundary, topographic, and GIS. Plus, he has worked on utility and land development projects (construction staking, route surveying, deed research, and descriptions and report preparation). Troy is a registered Professional Land Surveyor (Texas).
Laney has over 45 years experience working in the surveying, engineering, and construction industries. He started his career working primarily designing residential, single family and multi-family developments for various clients from northeast Texas, to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, south to the Houston/Galveston area. He has performed design and project management services for institutional clients from schools, colleges, churches, and hospitals. He currently provides project management services to industrial clients in general, consisting of wood product plants to include plywood, oriented strand board, wood pellet, and lumber mills, steel mills, feed mills, and gas processing plants. He is a consultant to the Kansas City Southern Railway Company as well as the Port of Greater Baton Rouge. He has worked on projects involving the Texas Department of Transportation and Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, along with multiple governing agencies throughout Texas, for designing municipal streets, drainage, and utility infrastructure improvements. He has also worked with major retail developments providing site design and project management services throughout the state of Texas. Laney has designed and provided project management services, from conception to completion of construction, for projects spanning the southern United States, from Arizona east to South Carolina.
Scott is an architectural generalist with over 400 projects completed since 1994. A designer with a strong grasp of code and constructability, Scott provides clients and teams with high value for their projects and budget. Throughout his career, Scott has held various leadership roles in large organizations. Scott is recognized for his technical prowess and ability to troubleshoot difficult projects or projects that need a re-design for value engineering due to running over budget.
Scott graduated from WSU with a bachelor’s in Architecture and is currently licensed in TX, LA, WA and CA with inactive licenses in OR, ID, and AZ. He has held several board member positions including the American Institute of Architects AIA SWW, Green Council President Associated Builders and Contractors.
Jerimy is a licensed engineer in the state of Texas. At JPI, he conducts the design, analysis, and implementation of mining and civil projects. He has over 10 years of mining experience throughout Texas as an engineer and project manager, as well as, design experience on land development, municipal, and industrial engineering projects. Jerimy has worked closely with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are completed up to code, on time, and within budget. His earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Tyler.
Nathan manages our Transportation department, and has a broad range of design experience, from lignite mine reclamation design, to commercial and industrial site design, to rail yard master planning and railroad permitting. His experience as a Civil Engineer in the Air Force Reserve gives him a unique experience and perspective when it comes to project management and design execution. Nathan is licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple states.
Rusty is a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana and Texas with 17 years of experience in Civil Engineering. He specializes in water and wastewater distribution and collection systems, pumping station design, commercial and residential site development, and roadways. Rusty is a Bossier Parish native and currently resides in Haughton with his family. Rusty has experience coordinating and working with local and governmental regulatory agencies in the greater Shreveport-Bossier, Louisiana area. Rusty earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Taylor has 10 years experience working in industrial facilities. He started his career working primarily as a designer on the new Roy O Martin Texas OSB facility in Corrigan, TX. He has performed design and project management services for various industrial clients and facilities ranging from Orientated Strand Board, Plywood, Wood Pellet Mills, Lumber Mills, and oil and gas processing facilities. He currently provides project management services to industrial clients in general and specializes in the wood products and forestry industry. Taylor is the primary project manager for Corrigan OSB’s latest expansion in Corrigan, TX which upon completion will be the largest dual line OSB producer in the world. Taylor’s team in the Industrial Department at Johnson & Pace Incorporated have been involved in all aspects of industrial projects from site selection, permitting, rail and road design, equipment and building foundations, facility buildings, structural steel, conveyors, and piping.
Angela has over 15 years of experience at Johnson & Pace and over 20 years in the engineering field. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. Her primary experience has been in design and project management of industrial facility projects including OSB and plywood plants, oil and gas-related production/processing facilities, explosives manufacturing facilities, chemical plants, etc. Currently, she serves as a Project Manager in the Land Development Dept., responsible for the design and management of projects for commercial and residential site developments, schools, streets, utility infrastructure, etc. Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler and also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
