Mr. Maxwell is the Survey Department Manager for Johnson & Pace and has been employed by Lonnie Pace and Johnson & Pace since 1994. He has worked in the surveying field since 1978. Mr. Maxwell is a Professional Land Surveyor and is registered in the State of Texas. He has significant experience in boundary, topographic, utility and GPS surveys; and construction and land development projects.
The clientele of the Surveying Department ranges from homeowners, needing a simple boundary survey to buy or sell a home, to developers, needing hundreds of acres surveyed. In the past several years at Johnson & Pace, Mr. Maxwell has worked with schools, such as Longview ISD, LeTourneau University and Kilgore College; restaurants like DoubleDave's Pizzaworks, Chick-Fil-A and Chuck-E-Cheese; and numerous developers in the Longview and Tyler areas.
Mr. Maxwell supervises all the activities of our company field crews and supervises our Surveyors-in-Training and Survey Technicians.
