Engineering is the core of what we do at Johnson & Pace Incorporated. Although most see engineering as primarily science and math, we believe that it is much more. We first seek to understand what our client needs and then research and develop the overall best solution for their use. We believe that communication is vital in building these solutions and we appreciate the financial considerations associated with the engineering as it relates to the entire scope of the project. We have "big box" experience with companies such as Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Pilgrims Pride and Luminant Mining Company (formerly TXU Mining Company) and with large industrial facilities, such as Roy O Martin Lumber Company, Louisiana-Pacific, Boise Building Solutions and Lone Star Steel. We have vast experience in land development for retail business, commercial and industrial projects, and subdivisions. Schools, churches, real estate companies, developers also depend on our engineering expertise. We have civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers who specialize in building design, industrial design, and land development. We have experience in water resource solutions, transportation design, utility planning and design, and other facets of planning.
