Service Area

Johnson & Pace Incorporated is licensed in several states to perform engineering, architectural and surveying services. Our Engineers are licensed in Texas, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah and West Virginia. If your project is not in one of the above states, it is not difficult for our firm to become registered in your state, simply talk to one of our staff engineers about your needs. Our Surveyors are licensed in Texas and Colorado. Our Architects are also licensed in several states including Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma and Utah. Many of our projects are located in the East Texas area, however, we do have several projects in South and Central Texas and many projects scattered throughout Louisiana. We also have projects located in most of the states listed above.

Our firm has no real geographic limits when it comes to the services we provide. The surveying services we provide are not limited geographically but typically the further away the location is, the higher the cost is to our client. This is a result of travel expenses, such as mileage, hotel stays, meals and other expenses that are accrued while our field crews are out of town. We typically do not take surveying projects outside of the East Texas area unless they are relatively large in scope or they are in the design phase in our engineering departments.
