Quality Assurances throughout Our Processes
Johnson & Pace provides quality control and quality assurance for all work performed following our stringent guidelines:
- Discipline managers review all plans at the discipline level; using a number of checklists, all plans are checked for consistency, completeness, readability, adherence to regulations, and construct-ability.
- Bid documents are checked and reviewed once again at the discipline level. Even the staff member who assembles the bid binders performs a final check on documents for consistency and numerical accuracy.
- While other firms often neglect important site observations at construction sites to keep everything on track, Johnson & Pace has developed a department for the administration and oversight of construction projects.
