Wal-Mart Supercenter, Palmhurst, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided full site/civil plans for a new Wal-Mart Supercenter, including a 200,000+ s.f. store with 1,000+ space parking lot. Site construction costs were in excess of $5.5 million.
Wal-Mart Supercenter, Alamo, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided full site/civil plans for a new Wal-Mart Supercenter, including a 200,000+ s.f. store with 1,000+ space parking lot. Site construction costs were in excess of $4 million. This Supercenter was the first store of many that Johnson & Pace provided site design services for.
Wal-Mart Expansion, Houston, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided full site/civil plans for the expansion of an existing Wal-Mart store, into a Wal-Mart Supercenter, including a 83,000+ s.f. expansion. Site construction costs were in excess of $3.5 million.
Wal-Mart Expansion, Corpus Christi, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided full site/civil plans for the expansion of an existing Wal-Mart store, into a Wal-Mart Supercenter, including a 93,000+ s.f. expansion. Site construction costs were in excess of $3 million.
Ashley Furniture Homestore, Tyler, Texas:
Johnson & Pace provided engineering and architectural design services for an addition and re-model to Southside Furniture in Tyler, for conversion into an Ashley Furniture Homestore. This project involved a 26,000 s.f. remodel and 24,000 s.f. expansion to the store. Johnson & Pace provided all design services, including architectural design, civil and MEP engineering.
Walgreen's:
Johnson & Pace has provided engineering site design services for several Walgreen's in the east Texas area, including three stores in Longview, one store in Tyler and currently one store in Kilgore.
Chuck E Cheese's, Longview, Texas:
Johnson & Pace has provided engineering site design services for the new Chuck E Cheese's restaurant in Longview. This project involved coordination with the Longview Mall in addition to city officials and the client.
