J-W Operating Company Office Remodel and Addition, Longview, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided full civil, architectural and MEP design services for a 28,000 s.f. remodel and addition for J-W Operating's office. In addition to design services, Johnson & Pace also provided construction contract administration services, making routine site inspections, reviewing shop submittals, change orders and pay applications.
Freestone County Courthouse, Fairfield, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided architectural and MEP design services for a new HVAC system in the Freestone County Courthouse. This project not only included the design for the new HVAC system, but also required close correspondence and approval from the Texas Historical Commission.
Berry & Berry Law Office, Marshall, Texas:
Johnson & Pace provided architectural design services for a remodel of the existing Made-Rite building in downtown Marshall, for conversion into a law office.
