Pilgrim's Pride Feed Mill, Natchitoches, Lousiana: Pilgrim's Pride has relied on Johnson & Pace for numerous engineering projects. This project required site grading and drainage plans, as well as a new rail spur for the new Feed Mill in Natchitoches. Johnson & Pace provided the construction plans for the site development, rail spur and roadway, handled all correspondence with city and UPRR officials and are currently overseeing the construction contract administration.
Pilgirm's Pride New Corporate Headquarters, Pittsburg, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided all the civil site design for the corporate headquarters for Pilgrim's Pride. This project required land surveying, grading and drainage plans, water and sewer design and concrete and paving. In addition to design, Johnson & Pace also handled all contract administration and bidding services.
Trinity Railcar, Longview, Texas: Trinity relied on Johnson & Pace to provide engineering and architectural design services for a new 82,000 s.f. manufacturing facility.
Pavestone Curing Cell, Winters, California: Johnson & Pace was responsible for the layout and design of a curing cell enclosure with foamed core partition walls and the associated support structure for one of Pavestone's manufacturing facilities in Winters, California.
J-W Power Company 2007 Site Improvements, Longview, Texas: J-W Power asked Johnson & Pace to design their new shop building in 2005 and now, in 2007, has called upon the firm again to make various site improvements at the new shop. This project involved taking field measurements to verify the existing location of structures on site, as well as, site grading and drainage plans, sanitary sewer and storm sewer system design, and the administration over the bidding and construction phase of the project.
Denbury Onshore: Denbury Onshore, a producer of oil and natural gas, has trusted Johnson & Pace with numerous projects in Louisiana and Mississippi. Johnson & Pace has designed pipe racks and supports, as well as work platforms, grating and handrails. The firm has also designed piping and pipelines, foundations, overhead walkways and equipment skids. Previous project locations include Brookhaven, Barksdale, Jackson and Pearl River, Mississippi and Lockhart Crossing, Louisiana.
Boise Rail Spur, Boyce, Louisiana: Johnson & Pace provided Boise Building Solutions with construction plans for a railroad spur addition at the Alexandria Engineering Wood Products Plant. Johnson & Pace coordinated the railroad design with UPRR and Boise.
