Good Shepherd Health System Medical Office Expansion, Longview, Texas: Johnson & Pace worked with Perkins & Will/CRA of Dallas on this 220,000 s.f. expansion of the Medical Plaza at Good Shepherd Hospital. Johnson & Pace designed the 700+ space parking facility and the site utilities for the expansion.
Good Shepherd Health System Customer Service Center, Longview, Texas: Johnson & Pace worked with Perkins & Will/CRA for this 25,000 s.f. office building. Johnson & Pace designed the 100+ space parking facility and the site development for this new office building.
Good Shepherd Health System Multi-Level Parking Structure, Longview, Texas: Johnson & Pace designed the layout and site development for a 5-story, 500+ vehicle parking structure.
Good Shepherd Health System Medical Plaza Mall, Longview, Texas: Johnson & Pace designed the layout and site development to accomodate the expansion of a restaurant mall inside the new multi-level parking structure.
University of Texas Health Center at Tyler, Tyler, Texas: Johnson & Pace provided Engineering and Surveying services for the design and construction of a 440 car parking facility which involved utility relocation and phased construction to accommodate the parking needs of the Health Center. Johnson and Pace successfully provided close coordination with Health Center officials in an effort to minimize disruption to the daily operations of the Center.
