Johnson & Pace Incorporated Continues Growth
Hires two new engineers and names a principal

Longview, TX – Johnson & Pace Incorporated, the Longview-based Architecture, Surveying and Engineering firm, has hired two new engineers and elevated another to principal. 

Rusty Gibson, EIT, has joined the Johnson & Pace “Land Development Team,” a group of engineers and technicians who work on the company’s land development, commercial site design, and water and sewer projects. Gibson earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, and worked with Stokes and Associates of Henderson, and Hart Engineering in Longview prior to joining Johnson & Pace. His expertise is in hydraulics, land planning and development, and commercial site design.

Karl Seydler, PE, will serve as project manager over a team of design technicians and EITs responsible for the firm’s water and sewer projects, and residential and site development projects. Since earning his BS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, Seydler has worked with several engineering firms in Colorado and Texas. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has expertise in hydrology and hydraulics, site design, and marketing and market research.

Joe Hart, III, PE, has been named a Principal at Johnson & Pace. He joined the firm in 1998 as a design engineer in training shortly after earning his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Hart has developed an expertise in land planning and development, retail and commercial site design, residential subdivisions, hydrology and hydraulics, construction administration and management. He is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is a project manager at Johnson & Pace, primarily responsible for large commercial and retail development projects.

Johnson & Pace began operating as an engineering and surveying firm in March of 1995, and in April of 2004 added architectural services. The company’s list of capabilities includes land planning and development; building, architectural and industrial design; transportation design services; water resources design; and surveying and mapping.
