Our New Office
In 2004, Johnson & Pace moved from their offices on North Center Street, to their new location at 1201 W Loop 281. Originally, Johnson & Pace leased about 6,000 sq ft of space for the 25 approximate employees on staff. Through tremendous growth and the acquisition of Hart Engineering, Johnson & Pace was forced to remodel another area of the building to make room for the addition of employees. Johnson & Pace currently occupies over 10,000 sq ft of space and has approximately 60 employees. The firm has reached the current space's capacity and has purchased land for a new office building at Parkway Crossing, a new commercial development in central Longview. The design process for the new office is underway with anticipated completion in 2009/2010.
