Mr. Hamilton began his engineering career with Wade Johnson in 1992. He received a B.S. in Engineering from LeTourneau University while working for Johnson & Pace. Throughout his career, he has worked as a construction inspector, survey party chief, engineering design technician, design engineer, and project manager.

He has extensive experience in the production of design documents for civil engineering projects, including large commercial and residential developments, water and wastewater systems, storm sewer and detention facilities, and roadways.

Mr. Hamilton has worked with numerous clients in the residential and commercial arena in addition to providing consulting services to institutions and municipalities. His experience in residential development extends to several East Texas markets including Longview, Tyler and surrounding communities. He has also been responsible for commercial developments for companies such as Carmike Cinemas, Walgreen's, Trinity Industries, and TXU involving projects such as retail shopping centers, industrial plant design, and regulatory compliance submittals throughout East Texas extending from the Dallas Metro-plex area to Louisiana and from Mount Pleasant to Lufkin.

Mr. Hamilton has worked with Economic Development Corporations from Gilmer, Longview, and Marshall to promote commercial growth by expanding existing business parks. He has provided services to institutions such as Good Shepherd Hospital, The University of Texas at Tyler, LeTourneau University, and school districts such as Longview, Gilmer, Kilgore, and Union Hill. He has also been responsible for capital improvement projects involving water and wastewater and storm sewer design for the City of Longview.
