Firm History
Johnson & Pace as a company has grown since its inception in 1995. From a staff of two at the start, FWJ Engineering (as it was then called) started as a civil engineering firm with Wade and Delcine Johnson as Principals. Through partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic hiring, Johnson & Pace has grown into a full-service engineering, architecture, and surveying firm in less than 15 years! With three office locations and nearly 80 employees, Johnson & Pace has the ability to handle projects large and small, while keeping you, the customer, at the forefront of all decisions.
The company celebrated 15 years in 2010; Johnson & Pace has the flexibility that customers are looking for: experience you can trust partnered with innovation for tomorrow's needs. Designers at Johnson & Pace consistently create innovative and budget-conscious solutions for client requests.
Wade Johnson, President of Johnson & Pace, pushes one formula for the success of the company and of the clients, "It's pretty simple. We put 100 percent into every project. We stay on track because our corporate culture is to work hard, keep our clients' interests at heart, follow regulations, and be ethical about the way we handle business. That's all there is to it."
