Mrs. Delcine Johnson began her career in business in 1987 at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Dallas, Texas. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Tyler in 1991. Mrs. Johnson's major was in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. She continued her career at Liberty Mutual and moved into several management positions during her time there.

Mrs. Johnson began her involvement with Johnson & Pace Incorporated in 1995 when the company was formed. She has been directly involved in the business's financial growth and development since the company's beginning. In September of 2004, Mrs. Johnson was named President of the company and currently overseas all of Johnson & Pace's activities. Her specific responsibilities at Johnson & Pace include overseeing the financial and administrative activities of the company.

Mrs. Johnson has developed a new atmosphere at Johnson & Pace during the past year. She constantly introduces new ideas at Johnson & Pace like the "Johnson & Pace Annual Luncheon" for clients and colleagues, a Food Pounding & Donation Drive during the holiday season, a company membership to Personally Fit's fitness center, a Tobacco-Free Workplace Incentive Program, and many other benefits for both the employees of Johnson & Pace and the community we serve.
