Mr. Emery has over 12 years of engineering experience with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and over 11 years of experience providing professional services to TxDOT as a consulting engineer. He has a broad range of experience in all phases of project development including Feasibility Studies, Route Studies, Highway and Street Schematics, Plans, Specifications and Estimates, QCQA, Value Engineering, Aesthetics, etc.

Mr. Emery joined Johnson & Pace in 2009 and currently serves as project manager responsible for overseeing the design and development of projects for the transportation industry.
