Mr. Robert Cooper attended Texas A & M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1973. He began his career in engineering at International Paper Company that summer and worked as a field engineer. In 1982 Mr. Cooper and Pat O'Connor started their own business in Shreveport, Louisiana, Integrity, Inc.

Mr. Cooper joined Johnson & Pace in the Spring of 2003 as a Senior Project Manager. He supervises a team of engineering designers and oversees the company's industrial projects. Clients include Pilgrim's Pride, Roy O Martin Lumber Company, Denbury Resources, and Boise Building Solutions. Mr. Cooper works primarily on industrial projects including design for wood manufacturing facilities, railroads, piping, thermal oil piping and airport hanger design. He has been involved in all aspects of development including planning, design, bidding and construction administration. Mr. Cooper is also listed on the Union Pacific Railroad Referral List for recommended engineers.

Mr. Cooper's projects are located in several states in the Southeastern United States. He is registered to practice engineering in Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and West Virginia.
