Mr. Rucker began his education in drafting in 1988 and in 2000 joined Johnson & Pace in the surveying department. He is CAD Certified by Tyler Junior College and has a degree from Bartlesville Wesleyan College in Business Administration. Prior to joining Johnson & Pace, Mr. Rucker worked in construction management for over 15 years.
He has experience in boundary, topographic, utility, GPS, and ALTA surveys; and land development projects, including site development, route surveying, deed research and preparation of cost estimates, descriptions and reports. Mr. Rucker is currently registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Texas.
