His extensive portfolio of successfully managed projects, both residential (housing subdivisions, apartment complexes, and manufactured housing) and commercial (shopping centers and large retail facilities) comes from over 15 years of hands-on engineering and design expertise. Wade graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Professional Engineer.

Through the high caliber and extensive range of his experience, Joe has earned LEED AP accreditation, certification as a floodplain manager, and recognition by 19 states across the country as a registered Professional Engineer. He specializes in the design and analysis of various engineering systems dealing with the management and flow of water, along with overseeing government regulations. Joe’s expertise also extends into surveying, and he leads the Johnson & Pace Land Surveying Division. Joe earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Doug provides a wealth of experience in every aspect and at every level of architectural services. He is a registered architect with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 14 states (including Texas) and has the skill sets that include facility master planning, building programming and design, project management, and construction phase monitoring. He also offers expertise in Energy and Environmental Design as a LEED Green Associate. Doug earned his BEd in Environmental Design and MS Degree in Architecture at Texas A&M University.
As a veteran engineer with nearly four decades of experience, Robert leads in the development and completion of J&P industrial projects.
As a veteran engineer with nearly four decades of experience, Robert leads in the development and completion of J&P industrial projects, including planning, design, bidding, and construction administration. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in nine states (including Texas) and is listed on the Union Pacific Railroad Referral Literature for Engineers. He primarily focuses on industrial projects that deal with wood manufacturing, railroads, airport hangar design, piping, and thermal oil piping. Robert received his BS in Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University.
Travis works on large commercial and retail development projects, as well as residential subdivisions.
With expertise in the design and analysis of roadways, water distribution systems and water/sewage management, Travis works on large commercial and retail development projects, as well as residential subdivisions. He manages design and preparation of construction drawings for site development and has worked on numerous Construction Cost Estimates, SWPPPs, and Storm Water Quality Management Plans. Among his past projects are bridges, roadways, land surveying, and storm drainage construction. Travis holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Mike manages the Mining Services department focusing on client communication and project completion.
A skilled and experienced manager in Mining Services, Mike focuses on client communication and seeing that each project is successfully completed. At J&P, he oversees and manages cost analysis/proposal preparation, planning, staffing, and construction administration. Mike has extensive mining engineering experience throughout Texas, Georgia, and Florida and has organized and conducted public hearings transportation engineering projects. His BS in Mining Engineering comes from Virginia Tech.
Jeff is a licensed engineer (Texas) with 21 years of industry experience.
Jeff is a licensed engineer (Texas) with 21 years of industry experience. He specializes in large commercial developments, water and wastewater distribution and collection systems, stormwater drainage and detention facilities, and roadways. Jeff’s experience coordinating and working with local and governmental regulatory agencies (FEMA, TCEQ and TxDOT), and his management of J&P’s team of civil engineers and design technicians ensures a successful conclusion to each client’s project. Jeff earned his BS in Engineering from LeTourneau University.
In addition to teaching university-level engineering-related courses for several years, Rich has done facility design on a global level.
In addition to teaching university-level engineering-related courses for several years, Rich has done facility design on a global level, including many third-world countries. Experience working with limited resources has given Rich a unique perspective that benefits J&P clients today. A multi-state licensed Professional Engineer and designated Structural Engineer, Rich has also earned LEED AP accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute. Rich holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
Working in surveying since 1980, Troy was with Pace Surveying prior to its merger with Johnson & Pace in 1995.
Working in surveying since 1980, Troy was with Pace Surveying prior to its merger with Johnson & Pace in 1995. Today, he serves as Manager of J&P’s Land Survey Department, supervising company field crews and leading the team’s Professional Land Surveyors and Survey Technicians. Troy’s surveying expertise includes boundary, topographic, and GIS. Plus, he has worked on utility and land development projects (construction staking, route surveying, deed research, and descriptions and report preparation). Troy is a registered Professional Land Surveyor (Texas).
Terry oversees and manages the oil and gas field crews and technicians of Johnson & Pace.
Terry oversees and manages the oil and gas field crews and technicians of Johnson & Pace. He brings over 40 years of surveying experience to the job, including 29 years as a project manager with Hart Engineering in Longview, Texas. He has performed survey work for AEP/SWEPCO and the Henry W. Pirkey Power Plant and has worked on a number of roadway construction projects. Other construction projects have included railroads, earthen dams, and waterlines. Terry developed the framework of his career through drafting coursework at Kilgore and Eastfield Colleges.
Established in the Bossier City, Louisiana Johnson & Pace office, Doug has over 35 years of experience providing drafting/designing services.
Doug has over 35 years of experience providing services for construction management, office management, and drafting/designing. He led and worked on drafting design projects for arenas, as well as industrial equipment and buildings. Some of his other projects have included designing bark burners systems, saw and finishing lines, office buildings, and processing equipment for refineries. He has also assisted in creating bid and scope of work documents for the company. Doug studied Architecture at Louisiana Tech University.
Contributing over 10 years of engineering experience serving as a Project Manager, Philip is located at the Johnson & Pace College Station, Texas office.
Philip Bargas has over 10 years of engineering experience serving as a project manager and engineer for both public and private entities in Texas. His experience includes public and private roadway design, public and private utility design, storm water design, water quality and detention design, and construction administration. He has also managed contingency construction projects in the United States Navy. Mr. Philip’s quick response and efficient thinking helps clients get cost effective products in a short amount of time. Philip has a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Working out of the College Station, Texas Johnson & Pace office, Daniel has 10 years of engineering experience serving as engineer and project manager.
Daniel has 10 years of engineering experience serving as engineer and project manager for public and private entities in Louisiana and Texas. His extensive experience includes specialties in site planning, grading, utility design, storm water design, roadway design, and construction administration. He has put his experience to work on projects for 'big box' commercial development, which often includes the design of public infrastructure to support the development. Daniel received his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
